General terms and conditions (AGB)- Your conditions and our service
As a customer of the company Aladin you are more than one order number. You are treated in such a way, as we would like to experience it gladly. Personally, friendly and directly. We are always anxious, co-operation competent to arrange fast and unbureaucratic.
Order conditions
The minimum order value for the first order is net 300 €. Goods can be picked up or send by DHL, our or your forwarder. Each parcel we send with DHL up to 31,50 kg is 6 €.
There is an extra fee of 4 € per shipping for cash on delivery. These prices are ONLY for shipping in Germany. All prices for European or worldwide shipping depend on the weight and measurements of the shipping and will be charged individually for every single order. These prices include the package and insurance. Tax will (eventually) be charged on top. Depends on the circumstances.
New customers can only order if they send their trade licence or VAT-Number for foreign countries, because we want to make sure that no price gets to the end-customer, to protect you, us and the whole market.
All prices are net + the official VAT for delivery from our stock in Wiesbaden, Germany.
All information is subject to change, falsity and misprints can be corrected.
All former offers and pricelists are invalid.
We reserve the rights for part- or alternate deliveries. In case of force majeure we are free of contractual obligation for the time of consequence.
Information about delivery time and availability are without guarantee. In this regard compensation is impossible.
Backorder will only be made on explicit customer requirement.
All payments will be done by cash in advance. Any costs caused by non-acceptance of delivery will be at expense of the customer. A bank-collection is possible after bank-guarantee.
All delivered goods remain Aladin property until the total amount of the regarding invoice is payed. A pledge or a safety assignment is not allowed.
The customer assigns all bills outstanding and rights from resale of the goods to our title retention.
Reclamations of broken goods have to be done written during eight working-days after receiving the goods. Reshipment of complained goods will be on customer’s bill, unfree delivered goods won’t be accepted. Indemnification will be repaired goods or exchanged goods in case of no possibility of repair. Credit-notes won’t be issued. The replacement delivery will be done with the shipment of the next order.
We reserve the right to do changes at our products.
All our hookahs are produced and painted in complex handcraft. There can be minimum differences between the pictures in our catalogue and the delivered goods. This is no reason for reclamation.
